Bishopsgate Employment Services engages with candidates on a Pay as You Earn (PAYE) basis under contracts of employment for the various assignments they fulfil via recruitment agencies, otherwise known as “Umbrella Services.”
There are several employment or contracting options available in the marketplace currently. Bishopsgate operates the three following compliant solutions:
- Umbrella PAYE
- CIS Self Employment
- Gross Self Employment
We assist businesses and candidates with employment status determinations and right-to-work checks. We make deductions in conjunction with UK tax and employment law requirements and these are constantly monitored by Bishopsgate Employment Services experienced staff.
